Are there men who like clothes? Or are they fiction? Or only gay? I read once about a man who stated that he liked "simple women" and forced his wife to go around in the same jeans dungarees for seven years. She was allowed to buy two T-shirts a year. On the eights year of their marriage he ran away with a woman, a chorus girl who had twenty different dress gowns only and a ton of other clothes. So, on one hand, they want "someone down to earth", on the other, they want a woman who is dressed well, and what not. They HATE fashion magazines, I never could understand why - it seems to be a legitimate excuse for staring at pretty, well dressed girls. No do they appreciate an effort. What with sales, and discount cards, and club cars and what not, you can be stunning at about 100-150 a month. If you put on something new, they do not even notice, and if you tell them that it is an original Armani, and you got it for twenty bucks at a factory outlet, they look distracted. But OTHER men seems to appreciate it. It's like they expect you to look good without any effort or money. You just drop on their lap all groomed. AND they stare all the time at the well dressed well groomed celebrities, but if YOU try, they smirk, criticize, whine, wonder why you even bother. Surely you can't get both. You either try, and invest time and money in finding a bargain and looking good, or you do not try, and look like a scarecrow. But I saw a picture of a celebrity wearing this gorgeous gown and fell in love with it. Only I don't know who it was, or what they were attending. But I can describe what I remember of it. It was light blue, floor length, sweetheart cut/ strapless, and had a lot of detailing on the top, and had really subtle sliver accents. Why does my stepmom wear dresses that show her cleavage? Well I am 17..my stepmom is 37..I live with my dad & stepmom since about last 1 year. My stepmom has been very good to me and my dad in particular..she takes due care of us. The problem is she often wears dresses that are too revealing. She wears tops that are low-cut and shorts. And on their weekly date night she prefers to wear one of those celebrity kind of gowns that is backless and show a lot of cleavage. how does a fashion designer deserve to price his dresses at up to a hundred thousand dollars or even more? i think i can make some dresses that can sell for one-thousand dollars (USD) each. and i think that is a lot but i want to go higher. Help needed with evening outdoor wedding guest attire. I have been invited to a 730pm wedding.? The wedding will be held at a country club. The wedding and reception is going to be held on the lawn in a large tent. (think celebrity outdoor parties) I am 38. The bride is 25. The invite did not mention formal attire required or optional. The colors are black, white and yellow. Bridesmaids are in black floor length gowns. The weather will probably be in the high 70's or 80's. So my dilema is what to wear. A black heavy satin babydoll which falls nearly to my knee, a peridot colored chiffon halter dress that falls to my knee, or a black and white floral strapless dress that is knee length that has some tulle at the hem. Since it is mid summer I am leaning toward the peridot colored dress. But since it is an evening wedding the black might be more appropriate. Are my legs too short compared to my overall height or not? I feel like my legs are extremely short compared to my overall height, made even worse because of the fact that I am not only a mesomorph and a medium frame, but 5'10 3/4" to 5'11" as well. All the celebrity mesomorphs I've looked at all seem to have long legs such as Mariah Carey, Tina Turner and Serena Williams no matter how thin or muscular compared to each other. I'm just worried that I'm too masculine looking for a woman compared to other girls who all seem delicate, with long bodies and legs even though I've met some that said they were medium frame. I'm worried that I missed out on the "genetic boat": that I missed out on all the general physical characteristics that are supposed to make me a "woman", no matter the height or weight, etc. Things like long legs, long arms, long fingers and toes and even a shorter torso. How to make this dress? The first time I saw it I really super insane major crazy wanted this dress and my grandma might make it for me for my school prom. Interpret my Dream? Hi! I had a strange dream today. I remember i was in a room with my sister (she passed away 9years ago) , a dress-maker, celebrity agent (i think she was?) , Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt.
