2. I think it's pretty. It looks kind of like a mermaid or a goddess. If you like it, get it. Who cares if someone else has something like it? I personally haven't seen a celebrity in that particular style. But even if someone did wear it, there's no reason you couldn't. Besides, it might be fun to be a celebrity for a day.
