What to wear to a celebrity dress up party?

hey, my friend is having a celebrity bash and we are all supposed to dress up as celebrities. i need to know what celebrity i can "be" for the night. I have a red dress already so i would love if you could use that in your answer! but i need an actress i can look like. i have brunette hair a little past my shoulders, brown eyes, and I'm pretty tall. make it good! um if you could incorporate my red dress or add a picture that would be great!

Dress up as bald Brittney Spears. go to the Costume Store and buy a bald cap and put little dots on the bald cap with a sharpie [a brown one] for the grow-in hairs. Buy a scandelous but CUTE outfit for you so you can look cute and be funny at the same time :) Hope i helped!
OMG, the first answer was hilarious! But no, I think you should dress like Emma Watson. She's a brunette and I'm pretty sure she'd look good in a red dress.
