What do you call a person who dresses celebrities for movies/television?

Are they just called a "Dresser", or is there another name for their job? Also, what qualifications would you need, or where could you get experience from? Thanks.

1. Fashion Stylist - Stylist - Fashion Consultant.
2. Dresser used to be the common name. Now Wardrobe consultant or fashion stylist.
3. On an actual tv/film project the most forward title is Costume Designer. While there is usually one or two Costume Designers per movie they usually have assistants that help with the fittings and dressing etc. The Costume Designer is usually responsible for designing all the outfits for the show and making sure that the actor is properly attired. Several stars have their own personal Fashion stylist or design stylist to make them look good. But these people have nothing to do with the actual tv/films that stars work on.
4. a celebrity stylist you need fashion/styling experience, either as a stylist for one of the designer houses, or as a personal shopper at a high-end store
