10. H&M has all those crazy stand out clothes, but it is very ahrd to look through there to find something you like, also many stars shop in urban outfitters, so you amy want to check that out also.

Also, shop around during sales. You can find things at Nordstrom/Macy's marked down up to 80%. You don't have to spend a lot of money to look good.

Layers are currently in. And if your outfit looks empty, put on a belt that will break the outfit. Don't be afraid to risk with fashion! If you're safe with your outfit, you're boring! :)
