Fabric of Oscar De La Renta Dress from Gossip Girl?

1. Try going to different fabric stores and taking the picture, I am not sure which fabric would be best, since making clothes is not one of my talents, but good luck! I hope it comes out perfect, because the dress is gorgeous!
2. I would say chiffon or polyester/spandex blend
3. Looks like mousseline de soie to me. Georgette or a very lightweight silk habutai might do.
