What celebrity should i dress as for a dance at camp?

I'm going to a church camp and the theme for the dance is 'red carpet', so I was hopeing that someone would give me an idea or help. I have red hair and I'm 5'4 if that helps you. Remeber it's CURCH camp so nothing sexy or that reavealing please. and I'm in Texas so it's going to me hot outside.
