Who was the best dressed actress for the 81st Oscar ?

I haven't watched the 81st Oscar ended just now, I just want to know who was the actress wearing the most beautiful outfit in the Oscar

1. That really all just depends on one's taste. Jolie looked good.. but her dress wasn't something spectacular or anything... Winslet's dress reminds me of an Armani Code perfume bottle.. she looked good in it too. Then there's Cruz, Tomei, Hathaway... A lot of them were beautiful. Hard to say who was best dressed per se.
2. i don't know but there was so much BLUE everywhere, dresses that is. LOL.
3. Angelina Jolie Also, must admit that Mylie Cyrus was very pretty.
4. Natalie Portman kept it simple in a strapless pink gown, yet it looked so beautiful on her. Penelope Cruz' dress was beautiful, but not the best color. Beyonce looked hideous in her "Hey look I'm melted and poured" gold and black trashbag. Then there is Tilda Swinton who's as pale as can be wearing a beige potato sack Miley Cyrus wasn't too great either. Best goes to Natalie Portman Worst goes to Tilda Swinton
5. Jennifer Aniston looked stunning!!!
6. I am a diehard Angelina Jolie fan and I cringe to say this....but I loved Jennifer Maniston's dress. However Angelina was still the fairest of them all!
