What star shined the brightest on the Oscar night runway ?

Here is the "Oscar Fashion Report Card".I think Philip Seymour Hoffman & Whoopi Goldberg made the biggest impression on me. 5. Philip Seymour Hoffman looked "cool", I thought. He is a great actor, besides. The brightest star on the runway? No one, at least from what I saw on E! The Red Carpet show. Same old same old and the show was awfully boring. I am glad "Slum Dogs" won, though.Great movie.
6. I could care less what people wear and even less about the Oscars. I am glad I do not live my life vicariously.
7. I'd like to see an end to one-sleeved outfits. They look tacky and unbalanced.
8. Angelina Jolie would be my pick for best, and Whoopi definitely took the title for worst
