What can I wear to a celebrity dress up party?

I don't want to wear a wig and I'm naturally a redhead, so it's quite hard for it too be obvious. It has to be someone quite young and Lindsay Lohan and Ilsa Fisher are already taken :( No porn stars or anything! :P Remember i'm still a little young for that ;) Thanks for even the slightest idea! :)
