What is a funny, creative idea to dress up as for "celebrity day"?

My school is having "spirit week" for homecoming and were having a celebrity day. I'm a girl so probably a girl celebrity would be easiest. Any ideas for something funny and easy I could dress up as?

2. Madonna. Do like a pink tutu, lace tights, white off the shoulder blouse, and hot pink ballet flats / high heels (if you're allowed to wear those). Or Michael Jackson. He's a guy but you could wear red skinny jeans, a red and black jacket, and black shoes. Or a black sequined jacket, black pants, white shirt, fedora, white socks, and black loafers.
3. Sounds like Halloween all over again. If you want to be unique, I would NOT suggest dressing up as Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Megan Fox, Amy Winehouse, Kate from Jon&Kate, Octomom, or that girl from Twilight. You should dress up as a papparazzi (with a hat & camera).
