Does anyone know who is the designer of Miley Cyrus' dress at the 2008 CMT Awards?

I'm talking about the dress she wore on the red carpet. Its a creme gown with red designs on it. I have looked everywhere but i cannot find the designer of the dress. Any info would help. Thanks.
