Miley Cyrus Oscar Dress 2010, Prom question.?

I'm going to prom this year, and I wasnt a long style dress. My favorite dress is the one miley cyrus wore to the oscars this year. Does any one know where I could find a much more affordable dress of this kind? I love the style, so it doesnt have to be the same color or anything, just style! Thank you!

2. i know the dress is Jenny Packham! Here stuff is gorgeous, but pricey! I googled it and found under the shopping part tons of dresses that looke similar for around $250!
