Can someone tell me the designer of Debbie Matenopolous' 2008 white Oscar dress? And where I can find/buy it?

The dress is a white, form-fitting beauty with a low V-cut front and a low back. She was wearing during E!'s Oscar coverage (Ryan Seacrest hosting), but she was in the studio. Her hair was all swept up in a bun.
