Oscar Dresses

As much as actors and actresses make why do their clothes look so crappy?

I looked at the Oscar gowns last night and I look at the clothes that some celebrities wear in general and I can't believe they cost so much let alone be designer. It looks like some of the designers just said "fuck it, I'm a famous designer they will wear it."

1. Well you have your own taste and they have their own.. besides the name of the one who made it matters most of the time.

3. sometimes the designers pay the actors/actresses to wear their clothes. it's like a form of advertising. plus, in the celebrity business there is no such thing as bad publicity. whatever makes people notice you more is best!
4. lol so are cute but amy adams looked like a red head xmas tree. some are cute but most are ridiculous combination of superwell known designers ( accoding to them , ) coz all i knwo is D&G, LV, and few more lol the mans all look the same, PEnguin style
5. because their clothing designers are high class and they make werid clothing and the stars usually wear what they pick out for them. stupid huh?...
6. 1. Most celebrities don't dress themselves. They go off the opinions of others. Which at time sucks. 2. Most of the crap is free/borrowed, but carry a high value. Either way who cares.
7. because every gay guy and his dog do it they seem to think all the mad designers are great, its getting boring theres no style any more
