Oscar Dresses

Anyone know of a designer/company that makes coutour style evening gowns in full figured/plus sizes?

My daughter is getting married in the next few months and I desperatly need a gorgeous evening gown for her wedding. It is black tie and every detail is perfect except for as of now I will be attending naked!! I am a size 26 and have to find a mother of the bride dress asap. nothing regular or cheesey it has to be Oscar Worthy. Help?

1. you doesnt have to look like you're gonna attend an oscars awards! just make it elegant and simple! but if you really wanna spend big for this occassion, i suggest you go to Monique Lhuillier. she's a very great designer! she's famous in U.S.A. and here on Philippines of course! her home country! she have designed clothes that we're seen in magazines in U.S.A. and she have worked with a BUNCH OF hollywood artists! like Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, just to name a few! good luck!

3. Congrats to your daughter! Try Monif C she has some beautiful dresses some are really trendy, however I do think she does specialty work. She has been featured on a popular television networks annual fashion show and specializes in plus size clothing. www. monifc.com
4. Take a look at karensplus.com, they have a whole bunch different stores and track sales and coupons at all the different plus size stores.
5. Do you have a Deb's Store near you? They have some very nice plus size gowns.
