4. Heidi Klum's dress was actually custom-made by John Galliano. He is the top designer for Dior, so I can understand your confusion, but it is important to note the distinction. As Galliano is my favourite designer, my vote for number one would totally go to Heidi, just for picking him, even if the dress wasn't fabulous, which this one is. It is a gorgeous transition of Galliano's usual totally avant-garde couture looks to an elegant crimson gown. The flair around the neckline reminded me of his sculpting talents exhibited in his couture line from... was it spring/summer 07? The one with the origami dresses. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
